Patricia Cano

Patricia Cano has over 10 years of legal experience handling all aspects of labor and employment matters including advising clients in complex employee discipline matters, investigations, grievances, employment contracts, policy development, unfair labor practice claims, and employee leave laws. Patricia appears before the California Public Employment Relations Boards, California Labor Commissioner, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other employment related agencies. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, Patricia held positions representing both management and a union in various labor and employment law matters.  Patricia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California Berkeley and earned her Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge School of Law. Patricia is a native of Northern California and is fluent in Spanish.
