Casey L. Hazelhofer

Casey Hazelhofer’s primary practice areas include litigation, facilities, corporate compliance and student matters. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, she practiced employment law and litigation for over three years, which involved defense of employment claims including discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She has also defended public schools in prosecuting employee discipline and discharge matters, workers compensation claims, and requests for reasonable accommodation.

Casey graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, in 2007. While earning her B.A. degree, she worked in several law firms in Arizona and spent summers as a Special Education Aide at a Special Education Preschool in the Bay Area.  Casey received her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2010.  Casey is a California native and was raised in a family of educators and administrators. Her mother was an adaptive physical education teacher for over 30 years, her step-father was a Program Specialist for 17 years, and her father was the Principal of the first ever charter school in her hometown of Livermore.
