Brinkley E. Wilson

Brinkley Wilson‘s primary practice areas include assisting schools in compliance with special education, Section 504, and the student suspension and expulsion process.

Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, Brinkley honed her legal skills focusing on special education law and student related matters. Brinkley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with honors. She obtained her Juris Doctor, with certification from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, from Pepperdine University School of Law. While enrolled at Pepperdine, Brinkley served as the Literary Citations Editor for the Dispute Resolution Law Journal. She also acted as an advocate for families of children with special needs.
